By using FileGrab ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Core Creations ("we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptable use

You may use FileGrab only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Download files you do not have the right to access or download.
Use the Service to scrape or download copyrighted content without permission.
Attempt to overwhelm, hack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
Use the Service to access or probe private networks or systems.

3. Accounts and credits

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

4. Payments and refunds

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment. We offer refunds at our discretion within 7 days of purchase — contact hello@filegrab.io.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate. We do not claim ownership of your scan results or downloaded files. The FileGrab name, logo, and software are our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites you scan.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
